We arrived around 9 am, and there was great smells coming from the kitchen. The selection on various coffee specialties and food options were hard to decide on, because there is so much to enjoy here! We both got coffees. (I got the German chocolate latte!) My woman got the flight of pancakes with an egg on the side. I got their breakfast croissant. We would definitely return and bring friends next time, and possibly get a chance to try their lunch. 10/10 on all aspects for a great start to the day!

We had the absolute best time at Pineapple Sol! We went during lunchtime and were blown away—not just by the food, but by the entire experience. The place itself is stunning—so aesthetic and totally Instagram-worthy, with a beautiful, modern vibe that made the whole outing feel special. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were lucky enough to meet the owners, and they were genuinely some of the nicest people we've met. They took the time to chat with us and explained how everything on the menu is made fresh and from scratch—you can truly taste the quality in every bite! Now the food- Everything we tried was a hit! The ingredients were super fresh, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each dish. - **Sol Burger**: Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The sauce was delicious and the lettuce was extra crisp—loved it! - **Crispy Chicken Wrap**: My *absolute favorite*—10/10. It was perfectly crispy, packed with flavor, and so satisfying. - **Mocktails**: We tried both—the *Pink Pacific* (sweeter) and the *Blue Lagoon* (my favorite!). So refreshing and beautifully presented. - **Kid’s Chicken Nuggets**: My toddler devoured them—always a good sign! - **Coffee Flight**: Wali was so kind and let us try this—it was such a fun experience! The *Dubai Chocolate* flavor was my favorite. - **Dubai Chocolate Croissant**: So flaky and fresh—honestly one of the best croissants I’ve had. To top it all off, my toddler was gifted a lollipop and some cookies by the owners—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made our day even more special!! We’re already planning to come back :)

Malibu club was so good! Chicken and waffles were so good!!! Coffee is so much better than it used to be. Highly recommend the raspberry white chocolate latte. Edit: I realized later that they are under new management and spoke to them. They were super nice and felt like old friends.

My go to favorites are the crispy chicken wrap and Malibu club. For all the coffee addicts, you must try their coffee flight!! Service was impeccable: attentive without being overbearing, with staff eager to share recommendations and insights about the dishes. It’s that rare place where you feel genuinely cared for, not just served.

The vibes here are honestly immaculate. It’s a cute little breakfast/lunch/coffee spot in Waverly Place just off of Kildaire Farm for anyone local to the Cary area. Even if you’re not from around there, it’s close to so many shops and a park that usually hosts weekend events if you wanted to bring kids or dogs around. The food also hits the spot! I got the breakfast bowl with turkey bacon and my friend got the buffalo chicken wrap, both good portions and very filling. Staff was also super sweet and fun to chat with. Lots of cute decor for pictures too!

Absolutely LOVED my brunch experience at Pineapple Sol in Cary! The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, and the service was top-notch. I love the new flowers on the ceiling and greenery! The food was creative, fresh, and so yum! I’m so happy I went when I did because I got to try a secret item on their new menu which they’re introducing soon! The lavender matcha was also really good!! Can't wait to come back and try more of their new menu items!

This was a super cute spot my sister and cousin enjoyed this past Sunday for brunch. No wait walked in and got a table. Heads up you walk in and order your food at the counter and they give u a number and find you lol .. They have indoor and outdoor spaces. Very cute decor, perfect for pictures! The food was tasty and the coffee float was DELISH! 10/10, will be back!
